Rescheduling / Cancelations
Should you need to reschedule your appointment please allow a week's notice to allow the space to be filled
A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment / no show will require a full payment
Exceptional circumstances will be looked at on a case by case basis
Refusal of Treatment
HB McTimoney Animal Chiropractor reserves the right to refuse providing treatment to any patient at any time due to health concerns, requirement of further veterinary intervention or if the animal is deemed unsafe to treat. In these circumstances, an assessment fee of £30 will be required
Payment Options
Full payment is to be made with either cash at the end of treatment or via BACS within 24 hours of treatment
Late payment may occur an additional charge
